Miami-Dade Community Services, Inc. (MDCS) has been in operation since 2002. MDCS, is a non for profit organization that is a Mental Health Care Center. We currently serve the area of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. MDCS began operating as an outpatient substance abuse facility in 2002, providing services to offenders suffering from addictions and other behavioral health problems. We also conduct drug screening to verify compliance with Court requirements. MDCS is a complete outpatient center, licensed by DCF to provide adult and adolescent substance abuse outpatient services.
We have recently integrated more services to our facility and MDCS is a Mental Health Care Center licensed for different levels of care by DCF, AHCA and Department of Health to provide the following services:

– Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) -mental health
– Outpatient Program (OP) -mental health
– Outpatient Substance Abuse

– LGBT (BIP) Groups
– Anger Management
– Parenting/Values/Anti-Theft Courses
Our certification also includes the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment) and the Federal Department of Health and Human services (CMS, CLIA).
The goal of this program is to reduce drug addiction/dependency by providing evidence based cognitive behavior therapy and increase their psycho-social functioning.
Our court liaison staff is professional and highly experienced in collaborating with the criminal justice system. Our clinicians are fully bilingual, trained and licensed professionals who are here to help the client and families take the first step towards a better life. Our treatment is individualized to meet the needs of the clients. At MDCS we understand the need to work on a sliding fee schedule, assuring that clients receive excellent care at an affordable price.
